"Enhacing the Peace & Security Community's Electoral Power: How to Successfully Engage Your Constituency"

During the July 9, 2007, PSI community-wide meeting, Karen Mulhauser (Mulhauser and Associates) and Rene Redwood (Redwood Enterprise) offered a training designed to guide community members in exploring various voter engagement tools available to them and learning how to use these tools to effectively engage their constituencies. The training identified best practices and effective voter engagement approaches (with a focus on collaborative approaches), and identified resources and tools to use for list enhancement; voter registration, Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV); and bird-dogging.  Please click here to access the PowerPoint for this excellent training.
