Between July and October 2006, the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC) conducted for the PSI Implementation Team a survey and set of semi-structured interviews in order to determine the extent to which PSI’s intended outcomes have been reached to date, and what parts of the process have been most useful in helping achieve those outcomes. The results are based on surveys completed by 16.8% of PSI participants (63 of 375 total participants) and on interviews with 21 key informants.
